Help with the MyGBC Self-Service Center

The Chrome browser is incompatible with MyGBC

Solution #1

Download and use the Firefox browser by clicking the link below:

Solution #2

Add an extension to the Chrome browser as follows:

  1. Click here for Extensions.
  2. Click the + Add to Chrome link.



  3. A dialog window appears. Click Install.



  4. Click the small Internet Explorer icon next to your address/search box (circled in red below).

  1. Now you will be able to go to the GBC website and open the MyGBC Self-Service Center portal.
