To begin the process, faculty member will click on Start Here to enter his/her weights (eye icon). Faculty member will determine his/her percentage for each role within the specified weight range. The individual role weights must equal 100%. The percentages must be set by September 30th for approval. The total percentage will be reflected at the bottom of the performance review tab. Complete the Reflection on the Past Year in the specified text box. Record the year of reflection at the top of the text box. Complete the Goals for the Current Year in the specified text box. Goals must be completed by each faculty member and made available through the Evaluation Web site by September 30th.
