Criterion for achievement: Demo/practiceResults: 70% of the students were able to get through the 3G,3F positions. Criterion Met: No1. Results Analysis: 25% of the students completed a welder qualification test at the end of this class. 10% passed the visual inspection criteria and destructive testing. 2. Action Plan: Order materials that are the same thickness as test material so student has the ability and more practice on material that would simulate test thicknesses during laboratory practice.
