Assessment Measure: Exam 1, 2, and 3 Criterion for achievement: Combined grading for those who completed the deliverables of 75% or higherResults: Students earned the following scores on exams 1, 2, and 3 respectively- 80.6%, 82.3%, and 80.5% Criterion Met: Yes/No YES1. Results Analysis: Theses scores were a little lower than when last assessed but the students performance still exceeded the criteria by a considerable margin. 2. Action Plan: No changes planned for the Fall course offering.Outcome #2: Explain the various functions of management: planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. Assessment Measure: Discussion 3 and Exam 1 Criterion for achievement: Earned graded for those who completed the deliverables of 75% or higher Results: Students who participated in Discussion 3 earned an average score of 91.6%. Students who completed Exam 1 earned an average score of 80.6%. Criterion Met: Yes/No YES1. Results Analysis: These measures were in place and completed prior to the pandemic, but they are reflective of the previous course assessment in 2017-2018. These students are typically high achievers as they are working on their BAS degree 2. Action Plan: No changes planned for the Fall course offering Outcome #3: Discuss critically the leadership role that managers play in todays business organizations and explain how trust, integrity, and interpersonal skills relate to building viable organizations Assessment Measure: Katherine Schuler Case and Discussion 2 Criterion for achievement: Earned graded for those who completed the deliverables of 75% or higher Results: Students who completed the Schuler case earned an average score of 84.5%. Students who participated in Discussion 2 earned an average score of 90%. Criterion Met: Yes/No YES1. Results Analysis: The change to HBP Cases was a good update made for this year. Students like the currency of the cases and the more expansive presentation. They did quite well based on scores. 2. Action Plan: No changes planned for the Fall course offering Outcome #4: Describe the managerial communications process, identifying barriers and possible remedies to insure the flow of accurate information throughout the organization. Assessment Measure: Dylan Pierce and Wendy Peterson Case Criterion for achievement: Earned graded for those who completed the deliverables of 75% or higher Results: Students who completed the Pierce case earned an average score of 86.9%. Students who completed the Peterson case earned an average score of 83.2% Criterion Met: Yes/No YES1. Results Analysis: Again, the new cases provided students with more currency of topics and situations. Students enjoyed the progress of cases based on connections to the course material presentation. 2.
