Results Analysis: The change to the textbook in 2017 improved the student scores on these two assessments. 2. Action Plan: Exam #1 is typically a low score as the students are learning the exam format but these students did a very good job. No changes planned. Outcome #2: Demonstrate understanding of the basics of leadership Assessment Measure: Discussion 2 and Exam 4 Criterion for achievement: Discussion 2 score at or above 70% and Exam 1 score of 75% or greater Results: Discussion 2 results for those student who participated was 95.3% Exam 4 results for those students who participated was 89.7% Criterion Met: Yes/No YES1. Results Analysis: This group of students significantly outperformed those in the last course assessment in 2017. 2. Students exceeded expectation on this exam but it addresses key chapters well. 2. Results Analysis: Jung Typology project paper was a great assignment for students. They did exceeded my criteria 2. Action Plan: No changes are planned  Notes: This course assessment was made on the new textbook that was introduced in 2017. Students here have performed much better than that class. Because the students fluctuated each semester with differing abilities, focus, and effort; I cannot compare the two. But the students very much like how the content is presented and enjoy the assignments and discussion a lot.
