Now that we have a regular admin asst., we will utilize them to reach out to students, that may not be fulfilling their practicum obligations, on a more regular basis.  Notes: This is the first assessment that I have done for this particular course. The elementary program supervisor, Denise Padilla, and I have been intently focused on level of services for our students since the departure of 3 key colleagues in the past 5 years that Ive been teaching this course. The last year and half has been devoted to devising solutions to the practicum experiences during a pandemic. Most of this entailed having students do online classroom management tutorials or a Google classroom training.
