Notes: 30 students took the course this past fall and 22 in the Spring. This course is a hybrid of a live and online course that addresses all aspects of education for the student who is starting their degrees in education. 73% of Fall final student grades were As and Bs. 82% of spring student final grades were As and Bs. Most students easily find success in the course due to the format of exploration of education topics. The explorations deal with very basic education content and historical background. For whatever reason both semesters saw students who didn t withdraw from the course and didn t turn in assignments. In the past 3 years, students have consistently done well in the course as evidenced by the means for each assignment aligned to each course outcome. Student evaluations have always been favorable and there are no significant changes planned other than adding information on how to apply to the Teacher Education Program. This is the second time I ve done an evaluation for this course and data trends seem to be consistent these past two years in a row.
